From the very beginning, every prospective customer is assigned a personal Customer Service Representative (CSR) to handle your needs. Everything from routing your drawings to our manufacturing engineers to insuring your packaging requirements are met are handled through your CSR.
Our Customer Service Representatives (CSR's) are trained to address the individual needs of each of our customers. Each morning they attend our production meeting in order to stay on top of your order as it progress through the manufacturing process.
